Content Guidelines

What We Accept

La Haute Main distributes original music content including singles, EPs, and albums across all genres. We welcome:

• Original compositions and recordings
• Licensed cover songs (with appropriate mechanical licenses)
• Remixes with explicit permission from rights holders
• Compilations where you own or control all included works

What We Do Not Accept

The following content will be rejected and may result in account termination:

• Content that infringes third-party copyrights or trademarks
• Content that promotes violence, hate speech, or discrimination
• Sexually explicit content without appropriate platform age-gating agreements
• Content that violates any applicable law
• AI-generated music that misrepresents a human artist
• White noise, nature sounds, or non-musical content submitted as music
• Duplicate or plagiarized content

Technical Requirements

• Audio: WAV or FLAC format, minimum 16-bit / 44.1kHz
• Artwork: JPEG or PNG, minimum 3000×3000 pixels, square, RGB color
• Artwork must not contain URLs, pricing, or platform logos
• Metadata must be accurate — falsified metadata results in removal

Review Process

All submissions are reviewed by our team before delivery to platforms. We may request revisions to metadata or artwork. Rejected submissions will include a reason, and artists may re-submit corrected content.

Violations

Content found to violate these guidelines after distribution will be removed. Repeated violations may result in permanent account suspension without refund of paid fees.
