DMCA Takedown Policy

La Haute Main respects intellectual property rights and responds to valid DMCA takedown notices in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.

Filing a Takedown Notice

If you believe content distributed through La Haute Main infringes your copyright, send a written notice to dmca@lahautemain.com including:

• Your full legal name and contact information
• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
• Identification of the infringing material and its location (platform URL)
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized
• A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, under penalty of perjury
• Your physical or electronic signature

Our Response

Upon receiving a valid takedown notice, we will:

• Review the claim within 3 business days
• Notify the artist and give them opportunity to respond
• If valid, initiate removal from all platforms within 10 business days
• Document the claim for our records

Counter-Notice

If you are an artist who believes a takedown was filed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to dmca@lahautemain.com. Your counter-notice must include your contact information, identification of the removed content, a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake, and your consent to jurisdiction.

Abuse of Process

Filing false DMCA notices is a serious matter. We reserve the right to report abusive claimants to relevant authorities.
