Copyright Policy

1. Ownership

When you distribute through La Haute Main, you retain 100% ownership of your masters and compositions. We act solely as your distributor, not as a label or publisher claiming ownership.

2. Rights You Grant Us

By submitting music for distribution, you grant La Haute Main a non-exclusive, worldwide license to:

• Deliver your content to partner platforms
• Register your music with YouTube Content ID (if opted in)
• Collect royalties on your behalf from all distribution channels
• Register with PROs for publishing royalty collection (if opted in)

3. Warranty

By submitting content, you warrant that:

• You own or control all rights to the submitted content
• The content does not infringe any third-party copyright, trademark, or other rights
• You have obtained all necessary clearances for samples, features, or cover songs

4. Cover Songs

To distribute cover songs, you must obtain the appropriate mechanical license for each territory. La Haute Main does not obtain these licenses on your behalf unless explicitly agreed in your contract.

5. Infringement Claims

If you believe your copyright has been infringed on any platform we distribute to, contact us at legal@lahautemain.com with full details. We will investigate and take appropriate action.

6. Repeated Infringement

Accounts found to repeatedly submit content they do not own rights to will be permanently terminated and may be reported to relevant authorities.
