By accessing or using La Haute Main's platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.
La Haute Main provides music distribution, royalty collection, YouTube Content ID registration, publishing administration, and related services for independent artists and labels.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into contracts to use our services. By using our platform, you confirm you meet these requirements.
You retain full ownership of your music. By distributing through La Haute Main, you grant us a non-exclusive license to distribute, deliver and monetize your content on your behalf across our partner platforms.
Royalties are collected monthly from partner platforms and paid according to your contract terms. Payment methods include cryptocurrency (USDT/Bitcoin) or international bank transfer. Minimum thresholds and processing times apply.
Our fee structure is outlined in your individual contract. Fees vary by plan (Starter, Professional, Label) and are disclosed before you agree to distribute.
You may request removal of your content from all platforms at any time through your dashboard. Takedowns are processed within 3–10 business days depending on platform requirements.
Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, we will initiate removal of your content and pay any outstanding royalties.
La Haute Main is not liable for platform-side delays, streaming count discrepancies, or royalty reporting delays caused by third-party platforms.
These terms are governed by applicable international commercial law. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
