Distribution

Release & Distribution

How long does it take for my music to go live?
Your music is delivered to all platforms within 10 hours of approval. We recommend submitting at least 3-5 days before your release date to allow each platform processing time.
Which platforms do you distribute to?
We distribute to 150+ platforms including Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music, TikTok, Amazon Music, Deezer, TIDAL, Pandora, Instagram, Facebook, Boomplay, JioSaavn, KKBOX and many regional stores.
What audio formats do you accept?
We accept WAV (16-bit, 44.1kHz minimum) and FLAC files. MP3 is not accepted. Artwork must be JPEG or PNG, minimum 3000x3000 pixels.
Can I schedule a future release date?
Yes. You can set any future release date when uploading your music. We also support pre-save campaigns to build anticipation before your release.
Can I remove my music from platforms?
Yes. You retain full ownership of your music. You can request a takedown at any time through your dashboard and we will remove it from all platforms within a few business days.
Royalties

Payments & Royalties

How do I get paid my royalties?
Royalties are collected monthly from all platforms and paid via cryptocurrency (USDT/Bitcoin) or international bank transfer once your balance reaches the minimum threshold.
What percentage of royalties do you take?
Our royalty share is based on your contract tier. Contact us for a detailed breakdown tailored to your situation and music catalog.
How long does it take to receive my first payment?
Platforms typically report earnings 2-3 months after the streaming month ends. Your first payment will arrive after we receive and process these reports.
Account

Account & Plans

Can I change my plan later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time through your account settings. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing period.
Do I own my music after distributing?
Yes — always. You retain 100% ownership of your masters and compositions. We are your distributor, not your label.
